You will have the option to cancel your order in the order confirmation email you will receive after placing your order. You can also contact our customer service team at [email protected]. Please include your order number and the reason for cancellation in your message.

Orders for digital products cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Orders for customized products can only be cancelled up to the point where the customization process takes place.  Once customized, the order can no longer be cancelled or refunded.

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been shipped. If your order has already shipped, please see our return policy for further instructions.
