Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt of order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Returns will only be accepted for non-personalized items, unless the personalization contains an error. Digital products are exempt from return or refund due to the nature of their delivery.
Return by mail
To initiate the return process, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
Please ensure that the subject line of the message is Return Request along with the order number (i.e. Order Return Request 123456).
Once we receive your request, our team will contact you to discuss the return process.
You will be responsible for all return shipping costs unless the order arrived damaged or defective.
Return Process
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the criteria of our returns policy. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original form of payment.
Non-Refundable Items
Some items may be non-refundable due to hygiene, final sale or other reasons. These items will be clearly indicated on the product page.
